Jack Lido | Broadcaster, Multi Media Journalist

That guy in those pictures, that's me. I can't help but smile, because in every single photo, I'm doing something I absolutely love. Today, I work at KCRG-TV9 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa as a sports reporter. I cover the Iowa Hawkeyes, Iowa State Cyclones, UNI Panthers and various high schools across Eastern Iowa. Some of my favorite events to cover have been the 2023 Women's Final Four, the Cy-Hawk football rivalry, and the 2022 Field of Dreams Major League Baseball game. I've also kept the headset warm, doing play-by-play for high school sports on KCRG 9.2.

In 2021, I graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, where I gained experienced in play-by-play and reporting on hundreds of games at the Big Ten level. In my career, I've also been privileged to work at Northwestern Athletics, CBS Sports Radio, WFAN, NBC Sports Chicago and the Brooklyn Nets.
